Barbarij.tn is an online platform selling Tunisian artisanal culinary products, selected for their quality and authenticity. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between maydena TN (owner of "Barbarij") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order on the site. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

1.1. Product Nature: Barbarij offers products from artisanal craftsmanship. Therefore, slight variations in appearance, texture, or taste may occur between batches, which guarantees authenticity and should not be considered a defect.

1.2. Product Information: Each product has a detailed description based on information provided by our artisan partners (ingredients, allergens, expiration dates, storage advice). Barbarij ensures the accuracy of this information, but the primary responsibility lies with the artisan producer.

1.3. Availability: Our products are made in limited quantities. Offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability after your order, we will inform you by email within 48 business hours to propose a replacement, refund, or credit note.

Prices are indicated in Tunisian Dinar (TND), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery fees. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed before final order confirmation. Barbarij reserves the right to modify prices, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

3.1. Ordering Process: The Customer selects products, validates the cart, provides delivery details, and proceeds with payment. The order is final only after full payment is received.

3.2. Confirmation: A confirmation email detailing products, price, and delivery information is sent to the Customer. This email serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of the order by Barbarij.

3.3. Secure Payment: Payment is due immediately. Accepted payment methods: credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer. Card transactions are secured via our partner ClicToPay, which guarantees confidentiality of banking data.

4.1. Zone & Address: Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer in zones served by Barbarij. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

4.2. Deadlines: Delivery times are estimated and given for information purposes. Barbarij will make every effort to meet them but cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

4.3. Reception & Verification: The Customer must check the apparent condition of the package and products upon delivery. In case of anomaly (damaged package, missing or broken product), the Customer must notify the carrier immediately and contact Barbarij customer service within 24 hours with photos.

5.1. Right of Withdrawal: By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (food products).

5.2. Non-Conformity: If a product is delivered that does not match the order or presents a proven quality defect (spoiled product, expired date upon receipt), the Customer must contact Barbarij customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

5.3. Solution: After analysis and confirmation of non-conformity, Barbarij will propose a fair solution: replacement at its expense, issuance of a credit note, or full refund. No claim will be accepted without prior contact with customer service within the stipulated deadlines.

Barbarij acts as a trusted intermediary between the artisan and the Customer. We are responsible for proper order execution, quality of experience, and after-sales service. Legal liability regarding the intrinsic production and health safety of the product lies with the artisan partner, according to our Artisan Charter.

These T&Cs are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be submitted to the competent courts of Tunisia.
